Graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with a degree in Broadcast Journalism with a minor in Film Studies, Montrece has a passion for documentary style filming and has work on small projects along the east coast; including her own documentary "RVA Street Canvas." Montrece is a native to Richmond VA where she worked for WRIR 97.3 FM as a writer, producer and engineer for "Open Source RVA." Recently moving to Denver, Montrece is excited to write for the music desk of 303 Magazine and make a name for herself that will echo from coast to coast.
