The legendary funk super group Earth, Wind, and Fire transformed Denver’s Pepsi Center into a Studio 54 disco party. The crowd was on their feet from the start, grooving to CHIC ft. Nile Rodgers. Le Freak (Freak Out) was particularly funky and had the crowd feeling the groove. EWF started the show with powerful imagery on stage just before the full band emerged. Their showmanship was exactly what you would expect from the Rock and Roll Hall of Famers. Patrons left the show with sweat coming from their brows’ and noodle legs in tow from the late summer dance party time machine.
