On March 13th, Mission Ballroom in Denver was alive with the infectious energy of Grouplove. From the opening notes of “Close Your Eyes and Count to Ten” to the anthemic “Tongue Tied” and their vibrant rendition of Blur’s “Song 2,” the band had the crowd on their feet and dancing all night long. The setlist was a perfect blend of fan favorites like “Ways to Go” and “Itchin’ on a Photograph,” interspersed with surprises like “Cheese” and “Shake That Ass.” As the evening drew to a close, the encore brought the house down with electrifying performances of “Welcome to Your Life” and “Raspberry.”
