In early May, NYC’s famed Death & Co opened a Colorado location in the gorgeous and vast lobby of Denver’s Ramble Hotel. With a daytime cafe, two interior bars, a venue and now outdoor garden bar, this acclaimed and highly anticipated space has truly brought their A-game to the Mile High City.

The announcement of The Garden comes just in time for warmer weather. It will be located on the mezzanine level of The Ramble Hotel — and with an emphasis on casual presentation, excellent drinks and seasonal options, it’s looking like the perfect place to spend a June afternoon or evening. Lead by beverage director Tyson Buhler, the drinks will highlight the essence of summer-time with bright colors and refreshing flavors in a lush setting. The menu will include plays on beloved classics like the Mai Tai and French 75, to fresh takes like the Lost Horizon made with Cognac, Jamaican rum, banana, Fernet and even bottled cocktails like the Hula Hula Hideout with Agricole rum, fino sherry, coconut water and pineapple.

In addition to these drinks, the menu will feature beer, wine and even a weekend brunch — though the details of those menus have yet to be announced.

Alongside the addition of The Garden, the team is also launching a late night food menu for Death & Co. Available nightly (also starting this Friday), you can get items like a double stack burger, grilled cheese BLT, steak + potatoes and even a breakfast “sando.”

This menu is available from 10:30 p.m. to 1 a.m whereas The Garden will be open Monday through Thursday from 4 p.m. to 10 p.m., Friday 4 p.m. to 11 p.m., Saturday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. and Sunday 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. — seasonally (and weather dependent).
