Where:  4990 E. Colfax Ave. Denver, CO

The Low Down: Chop Shop opened this summer with a menu filled with globally inspired cuisine in a fast-casual setting. Now, owner and executive chef Clint Wangsnes (formerly of Zengo) is debuting his new fall additions, which means you have the perfect excuse to stop in. Try warming soups like the 72 hour slow-cooked onion bliss, or filling sandwiches like the smoked chicken pastrami. Want something even more hearty? How about the pan roasted pork tenderloin with hoisin marinade, roasted butternut squash puree, sautéed Brussels sprouts, and yuzu and dried cherry chutney. With locally sourced ingredients and a great selection of craft beer, wines and cocktails, this is definitely not your typical fast-casual cuisine. Read our full review here.
