The season is changing again and this year’s trends seem to becoming less trendy and more timeless. Regardless of any trend’s shelf life, there are a few that continue to top all other trends for winter 2013. Take note of these three looks to stay cool this winter.

Bold Brows

The enhanced eyebrow isn’t going anywhere. Prominent brows have been trending all year and are still a leading look. Gamble on full-blown grooming and grow them out.

Depending on your coloring, shade them one or two shades darker than their natural color with a pencil or shadow.

Pale and Dewy

Self-tanners aren’t always the best way to maintain color throughout the winter. Instead of beautiful bronze skin try pretty pale on this season.

Lightly brush your T-zone and cheekbones with an illuminator or highlighter after you’ve applied your foundation, powder and blush.

Dark Lips

Much like bold brows, bold lips haven’t gone anywhere either. We’ve seen really red and neon pinks all year. For winter, try tempting crimson, plum or brown hues.
