Clover Leaf University gives higher learning a whole new meaning. Earlier this year, the marijuana education institution received formal state approval from the Colorado Department of Higher Education for sixteen standalone course certifications and four full state-approved program certifications. “The university hopes to not only educate cannabis consumers, but to offer cannabis training for cannabis business entrepreneurs,” says CEO Chloe Villano. Classes include Cannabis Business 101, Master Cultivation, Infusion Laboratories, and Concentrates. There’s also legal education and advanced cultivation courses. “We are eminently thankful to the state of Colorado for allowing us the liberty to educate the nation on one of the fastest growing and most profitable businesses in America. This is a historic decision,” says Villano. Industry vets like legendary pot botanist Ed Rosenthal, seed guru Adam Dunn and attorney Robert Corry will be tapped to teach.
High school was a misnomer in comparison.
