Denver Fashion Weekend: A Women’s Style Guide

Denver Fashion Weekend begins tomorrow night (April 11th) and everyone is in for a treat. With Geoffrey Mac and Mondo Guerra presenting their collections, standards are high and everyone will want to look their best. But for the last-minute ladies of the world who have been mulling over the perfect outfit to wear—but haven’t quite pulled the trigger—we feel you and we are here for you. Swaying between beautiful weather and these here-today/gone-tomorrow snowstorms, we recommend a little bit of sense and an awful lot of couture.

For everything you want to know about this weekend and to reserve your runway seats, visit the DFW 2013 page.

Jumpsuits are a hot commodity on runways and red carpets this spring. Pair a black or neutral jumpsuit with coral stilettos and a leopard clutch to keep the look refined yet edgy. Don’t let this look become too formal for the occasion—a plunging neckline or backless jumpsuit is perfect. Thrown on some gold jewelry and you’ll be ready for 303’s red carpet entrance.

For more of a springtime look, try a colorful, silk maxi dress. Find one with a slit up the side and add your favorite pair of heeled boots for an edgy finish. Add a fold-over clutch and some chunky jewelry. Now smile, 303 just snapped your picture.
