Day 3 at RiotFest felt a little like DejaVu. It just would not have been a complete day if it did not rain again on the last day like last year! Though RiotFest did not have to shut down like they did last year for a little, it was still a pretty wet night! Bands like Rise Against played in such a crazy downpour.
