31st Annual Champagne Cascade

The Lowdown: Celebrate the starting of the holiday season with the 31st Annual Champagne Cascade at The Brown Palace Hotel and Spa. Experience the splendor of watching swordsmen uncork bottles of Moet and Chandon champagne which then stream into more than 6000 glasses that are stacked two-stories high. You can listen to live music by John Kite Quartet and the ceremony will begin in the Atrium of the hotel at noon. This chic ceremony marks the beginning of the holiday season, in style.
