Denver is in for a good time this week in the food and booze world. The Lowdown: Call to Arms Brewery is having an artisans market this Monday. Featuring some of Denver’s favorite bakeries like Raleigh Street Bakery, Good Sugar Bakery and treats from Copia Confectionary. This is the second to last day Call to Arms will be showcasing this market so be sure to stop by.

The Lowdown: The Gabby Gourmet Restaurant Guide is having a dinner to celebrate El Five. The $45 admission fee will cover gratuity, tax, dinner and wine. This event is expected to fill up quickly so make your reservations soon.

The Lowdown: Jagged Mountain Craft Brewery will have a plethora of free food this Tuesday to showcase the new ClusterTruck concept. Every type of food and food truck will be there offering free product up to $15. The first 30 people there will get free beer — so get there early to stake your claim.

Stay Gold Spring Märzen Lager Release

The Lowdown: Ratio Beerworks is releasing its highly anticipated stay gold, a spring Märzen Lager. This beer is brewed with a blend of pilsner, Munich and Vienna malts giving it a clean, crisp and rich flavor. Stop by anytime from 5 p.m. to midnight to get yours.

Bottle Release of Shirtless Putin Nuzzling with Dolphins

The Lowdown: Call to Arms Brewing Company has brewed the second batch of its locally famous Shirtless Putin Nuzzling With Dolphins and will be releasing it on Thursday. Touted as a Bourbon Barrel-Aged Imperial Baltic Porter with Coffee. Brewed with Czech Pils yeast, seven different malts and barreled in Four Roses bourbon barrels, this beer is worthy of its name. The release includes only 400 bottles, with a limit of four per customer. 

Wine + Food Tasting at The Preservery

The Lowdown: The Preservery is celebrating the new season by bringing back wine and food tastings.
