Starting this month veteran Denver restaurateur, Frank Bonanno is kicking-off a series of special cooking classes. Hosted once a month by Bonanno himself along with his executive chefs, each hands-on event will highlight a different signature dish from an award-winning Bonanno concept. From learning how to make tried and true dishes from Mizuna, the decade old fine dining staple, to how to craft a decadent lobster ramen from the hip noodle house, Bones, the range of classes are designed to pique the interest of a variety of at-home-cooks. As an added benefit, each class will be capped by a three-course meal paired with wine & beer so that attendees can enjoy their own creations. Prices vary from $100 to $150, and space is limited. Call 720-737-4277 or email Liza@mizunadenver.com to make a reservation. Credit cards are also required to save spot.
