The Low Down: Cozy Linger, located in the Highlands, Denver’s “it” place, is perfect for a very intimate dinner. Imagine oysters, Moroccan delicate squash salad, Valencian paella arancini, braised callicrate beef short ribs “bibimbab”, roasted maple leaf duck breast, white chocolate boba truffles, and more.
