The Lowdown:  With 303 Magazine’s Cuban themed White Party happening this Thursday and now our favorite DU neighborhood retreat hosting a Cuban style Pig Roast, it looks like this week’s theme is all about Havana nights.  The dinner, consisting of only 40 seats, will be an intimate family style meal serving a Colorado pig that has been roasted for 3 days. For the month of August you can have a peachy keen dinner from beginning to end with this fruit infused menu. Appetizer: Palisade peach bay scallop ceviche with citrus segments and fresno chile.
