The 49th Annual Denver March Powwow at the Denver Colisuem took place March 21–23. As the largest springtime celebration of its kind, the Denver Powwow brought together over 1,000 American Indian dancers competing for top prize money. The event featured a variety of traditional dances as well as powerful drumming performances. Visitors also enjoyed booths offering authentic American Indian arts and crafts, and had the chance to taste delicious Indian Fry Bread. Photography by Kiddest Metaferia
