Denver Fashion Week announced today four of the seven competing designers for their bi-annual Emerging Designer Challenge.
On March 22 at The Jacquard Hotel, seven designers will compete in a fashion show challenge where the audience and a panel of judges will each select a winner to make their DFW debut this upcoming Spring season.

What Is The DFW Emerging Designer Challenge?
Each season, the Denver Fashion Week team invites up-and-coming designers to compete in a fashion show challenge. This challenge showcases the designers’ innovative concepts and creative design prowess to both the audience and a panel of judges that includes Denver Fashion Week producers, previous challenge winners and local designers who have participated in past seasons.

At the end of the fashion show, two designers are selected to show their unique collections during the upcoming Spring 2025 season, which will take place from May 10-18 this year. The panel of judges choose one designer to debut at Denver Fashion Week. The second designer is chosen by the audience, who has the opportunity to vote for their favorite collection of the night.
Once named by Forbes as a “a trusted alternative to New York for emerging talent,” Denver Fashion Week created their Emerging Designer Challenge to create opportunities for growing local artists to break into the fashion industry.
About The Spring 2025 Challenge
This season’s Emerging Designer Challenge will take place at The Jacquard, Autograph Collection, a hotel in Denver’s artisanal Cherry Creek district. The venue has historical roots in the fashion industry, and the challenge will take place in the hotel’s fittingly-named Chanel, Dior and Prada ballrooms.
The fashion show will feature collections from seven designers, four of which were announced today. While three competitors have yet to be chosen, this season’s challenge will feature collections for Timeless Trend by Ameliah Tene, Make You Sparkle, CAKEBRAIN, and Nohealani.
Before the show begins, attendees are invited to an exclusive cocktail reception, where they can mingle with fellow fashion enthusiasts and enjoy a selection of refreshing drinks at a cash bar.
When the show concludes, Denver Fashion Week will host a lively afterparty located at the Narrative in the Jacquard Hotel lobby to celebrate the evening’s creativity, mingle with designers and models and connect with other fashion-loving attendees.
