Workers have been busy gutting and refurbishing the former Tony’s Market on Broadway in preparation for the debut of Denver’s next food hall — Broadway Market. Today, the forthcoming culinary destination has announced not only its opening date but also the inclusion of three more vendors to its already extensive roster. On February 22, 2019, The Broadways Market will open up to the public at 950 Broadway. Joining the previously announced restaurants — Pizzeria Coperta, Mother Tongue, Biju’s Little Curry Shop, Mondo Mini, Misaki on Broadway and Miette et Chocolat, Maria Empanada, Wonder and Little Noodle Pasta Co. will join the lineup as they opening new stations within the food hall.

Maria Empanada, the rapidly growing local empanada chain with existing locations in Stanley Marketplace, Greenwood Village, South Broadway and most recently Platte St., will open its fifth location in the Broadway Market. Wonder, a Boulder-based juice and smoothie shop that also serves healthy grab-and-go food will open its second location in the Broadway Market, whereas Little Noodle Pasta Co., whose currently been operating out of Mondo Market in the Stanley Marketplace will provide a new take on fresh pasta. Little Noodle Pasta, in particular, will increase their menu options in accordance with the expanded space, with plans to include fried chicken, lobster, and a new dish for the Denver — scallops noodles.

Broadway Market will open February 22, 2019, at 950 Broadway, Denver, 80203.
