“I don’t need a new pair of workout pants,” said no one ever. Looking for a truly unique pair of leggings? Look no further than the talent that lives in your own neighborhood. 303 teamed up with Bend Active to create “The Colorado Legging.”
Readers submitted their favorite Colorado-themed photos for 303 and Bend Active to choose for the special edition leggings. From Mile High skylines to Red Rocks and the Broncos, photos submitted showcased all of the amazing photographers in Colorado.
Not only do these running pants boast a unique style but they are made differently. Not wanting to lose the amazing detail of the photos, BendActive uses the process of dye sublimation, printing the many colors seen on its leggings all the way through the fabric (rather than screen printing that will easily wash off).

Based out of Ohio, Bend Active wanted to partner with 303 for a Colorado-themed legging because of our reputation for fitness and fashion— two things that drive their company.
“We want to create leggings for people who love their states,” Maria Chastka from Bend Active said. “303 Magazine was an obvious choice to work with, they have a pulse on the millennial generation’s desire for fun, functional fashion. Bend Active’s motto is ‘flexible, strong, resilient’ and our goal is to create fit-fashion apparel that people feel good while wearing.”
Sound familiar? You may have seen Bend Active’s booth at Denver Fashion Weekend— selling the leggings and other Colorado themed apparel.
Missed out at DFW? You can still buy them online ($75).
