The 28th annual Schomp BMW Denver Polo classic is almost upon us. The nation’s largest charitable polo tournament will take place June 26- 28 and as the official media sponsor were giving you the run-down on the three-day event. Read on to learn more the line-up of festivities along with the participating food and booze vendors before buying your ticket to the Schomp BMW Denver Polo Classic.

The first evening of the Schomp BMW Denver Polo Classic is unlike any of the other nights. The black tie ball will feature an auction, but the most exciting part of evening is what will be served up by steakhouse Del Frisco’s. Known for serving up steak and seafood you can expect to see everything from classic cut filet mignon’s to sesame-seared tuna on its menu.

Saturday, day two of the Schomp BMW Polo Classic will be the family day. And there’s no better way to celebrate Polo’s family day than with Earls. Breckenridge Brewery was founded in Colorado in 1980,  by a small group of  self-titled “ski bums.” What distinguishes Breckenridge Brewery from other breweries is not only its roots but its quick expansion. With several locations across the front range including a brand new location in Littleton, there’s no telling what this brewery will do next.

Sunday, day three of the Schomp BMW Denver Polo Classic is the championship day, and of course the day wouldn’t be complete without some winning restaurants, including Simms Steakhouse. Located in Golden, Colorado, Simms Steakhouse has been awarded for many things, one of them being its amazing view of the city. But the view is just one of the many factors that makes Simms unique. Simms Steakhouse is known for serving up seafood, steaks and salads. The Palm began in New York City in 1926 and while this restaurant is known for being a steak and seafood house, its dishes by no means are boring. Take for example the dish featured above which is it’s Nova Scotia lobster bisque, with fresh lobster, cream, and sherry. While there’s a great deal of steakhouses participating in the Schomp BMW Denver Polo Classic this year, Fogo De Chã0 is unlike the rest. Fogo De Chao isn’t your typical darkly lit steakhouse located downtown — it’s a Brazilian Steakhouse. Which means that steak is cooked in an entirely different way than regular steak and is paired with classic Brazilian side dishes.
