The Low Down: Trillium’s Chef/Owner Ryan Leinonen was recently given the honor of being invited to be a guest chef at the prestigious James Beard House in New York City. In preparation, Trillium is hosting a “practice” dinner this week featuring the same six courses and wines, along with a three-course hors d’oeuvre reception, also matched with wines that will be served by Leinonen and his team at the Beard House. The meal is a chance for Leinonen to highlight his version of Nordic cuisine and is a rare opportunity for both the restaurant, and the lucky diners that will get the chance to experience this meal.
