Raffle tickets are $50 for 1 ticket or $125 for 3 tickets. There are only 2,000 raffle tickets being sold and one lucky winner will walk away with ski season gold. 30th Annual Boo at the Zoo

Gather your favorite ghouls at the Denver Zoo to celebrate the 30th annual Boo At The Zoo October 25th and 26th. With over 25 trick or treat stations, spooky activities and entertainment, you can cruise through our Denver Zoo and collect candy for the whole family. Creep around for more information here.

Colorado Moves Toward Statehood

On October 24, 1858, Colorado citizens, miners and wranglers took the first steps towards statehood by forming the Jefferson Territory. The one hitch in their plan: it was illegal. Only congress or the president had the power to create a new territory, but early Coloradans forged ahead without Washington’s approval, game changers from the start.

Ski Season Is Here

A-basin kicked off the 2014-2015 ski season on October 17th and other resorts are quickly following suite.  Copper Mountain opens on Halloween with spooky surprises in store for its guests. The best costume wins the first public chair. Stay dressed to impress because at the après costume contest you could win a Copper Mountain Season Pass and other great swag.
