In a celebration of Colorado culinary culture, the chefs of Jax Fish House and Oyster Bar are joining with James Beard Award Nominee Lance Hanson to prepare a five-course dinner to honor the food of the Rockies. Courses will include Sake Cured Salmon Roe, Braised Pork Belly, “Fishermen’s Stew,” and Dark Chocolate and Blackberry Torte. Each course will be paired with cocktails  crafted with alcohols from Peak Spirits and the Jack Rabbit Hill Estate Winery. Guests will not only be able to enjoy the food, but also be able to meet and talk with Hanson and all four Jax chefs.
