As Colorado chef and restaurant owner Kelly Liken packs up her bags and kitchen she will travel with guests on a horseback trek through the Rocky Mountains from Vail to Aspen. Those not on the trek will still be in celebratory staying put in Vail with a menu that will be recreated inspired by the trek. The four course meal will be available for two weeks, and with natural produce of the Rocky Mountains, this dinner is to die for.
