What chef can’t survive without their state-of-the-art stove and pressure cooker? The answer is chefs Brett Smith and Jed Bednarski, as they will be the ones using just open fire and ingredients harvested from the ground in the moment in this rustic dinner series. The night will begin with a tour of the Isabelle Farm, followed by world-class cuisine that will take you back to our roots, literally. Two more dinners follow later in the year, one in August and the Harvest Celebration in late September. All dinners are BYOB with no corkage fee and reservations are required.
