The doors opened at 4:00 p.m. and by 4:20, the holiday festivities were in full swing. 420 on the Rocks this year brought a handful of blazing performers, firing up the night with The ReMINDers, THE UNDERACHIEVERS, DENM, Collie Buddz, and PROF, followed by an extended performance by legendary hip-hop artists, Method Man & Redman. The night was far from over as explosive, “kona dub” reggae rock band, Pepper, brought the stoners home with some heady headlining energy to close out the special day.
