This week’s installment of our concert coverage includes a favorite date for residents AND this fine publication—303 Day! There’s a helluva lineup of shows to check out in tandem, so here’s the highlights:
Colorado’s favorite vegetarians have brought the party back to their home turf—none other than THE 3OH!3 are in town playing two incredible shows! They’ll be taking over Cervantes’ Masterpiece Ballroom on 2/28 with The Loser’s Club, and then tearing up Larimer Lounge on 3/03 proper with Capture This. There’s no party more special than the shows these gentlemen put on for 303 Day, so don’t miss out!
Speaking of local talent ripping up some stages, the dirty swamp-pop rockers Rootbeer Richie & The Reveille are hosting their famous Mile High Mardi Gras celebration at the Gothic Theatre on 3/1! As if that weren’t enough to guarantee a good time, they’ll have their homies Ritmo Cascabel, Boot Gun and Beasts Of No Nation in on the fun too. Bust out your best Mardi Gras regalia and get down to this one!
Not only are we getting Colorado’s favorite vegetarians, but Colorado’s favorite vegetable-based band is back too—jazz-funk phenoms Lettuce are bringing an insanely special show to the Mission Ballroom on 3/2! They’ll be performing a massive set accompanied by the Colorado Symphony, which makes this a unique and unmissable way to spend your Sunday.
