Hairball

The Lowdown: Rock and roll cover band Hairball is coming on through from Minnesota. Hairball is made of Happy (lead guitar, vocals), HBK (bass and vocals), Billy (drums), Kris Vox (lead singer who performs as Paul Stanley and Rob Halford) and Joe Dandy (lead singer who performs as David Lee Roth and Ozzy Ozbourne). The band members dress as the artists they are covering, which includes Van Halen, KISS, Motley Crue, Queen, Journey and Aerosmith.

The Daryl Gott Quintet

The Lowdown: Saxophonist and composer Daryl Gott was born and raised in Denver. He will be doing a special one-time performance that encompasses his talent in improvisatory music. Visit the Nocturne for dinner and a wonderful show.

The Lowdown: The events of the National Western Stock Show & Rodeo continue. On the 19th, it will be Canadian Night at Stock Show, celebrating Canadian industry leaders and welcoming them to Denver. World champion cowboys and cowgirls will come over for the first major pro rodeo competition of the season, including barrel racing, bronc riding, team roping and more.
