Resident is entering a new chapter.
After building its name inside The Jonas, Resident is expanding beyond a single home. The Denver nightlife brand’s next phase puts the guest experience at the center, with larger-scale events and unique pop-ups in new spaces throughout the city. Resident’s ongoing partnership with CoClubs will continue to support that expansion.
That next chapter officially begins this Halloween.

On October 31, Resident will step outside The Jonas for its first major off-site event, taking over a brand-new CoClubs venue for Resident Halloween: The B2B Slaughter House — a full-scale Halloween experience built around music, production and performance.
The concept brings together 18 DJs for nine back-to-back sets, with artists pairing up across multiple sounds and rooms throughout the night. Rather than a traditional lineup of individual sets, every performance is built around the unpredictability of a B2B — two artists sharing the decks and pushing each other into something different.
But the lineup is only part of the experience.

Resident is transforming the new space for Halloween with dancers, live actors, immersive production and theatrical elements designed to make the venue feel less like a traditional club night and more like stepping into the world of The B2B Slaughter House.
The event also gives guests their first look inside a new CoClubs venue before Resident continues expanding its programming around Denver.

For Resident, Halloween represents more than its biggest party yet. It marks the beginning of a model that allows the brand to move throughout the city, create larger experiences and build events around spaces that fit each concept — while continuing the community and music-first approach that helped establish Resident at The Jonas.
18 DJs. Nine B2Bs. Multiple rooms. One new venue.
