Where to Eat and Stay During Aspen Fashion Week Fall 2026

Aspen Fashion Week is bringing fashion, creativity and a new wave of style to the mountains—and where you stay and eat is just as much a part of the experience as what you wear.

Aspen has long been a destination where fashion, art, food, hospitality and mountain culture intersect. During Fashion Week, that mix becomes even more apparent, with stylish hotels, destination restaurants, neighborhood hangouts and après spots providing the backdrop for a weekend that extends well beyond the runway.

From design-forward boutique hotels and legendary Aspen properties to Parisian bistros, coastal Italian cuisine, Mediterranean dining, and some seriously good sandwiches, these are a few of the places we’re putting on our Aspen Fashion Week radar.

The 2026 event is scheduled for September 25–26 at the Doerr-Hosier Center at Aspen Meadows.

STAY

MOLLIE Aspen

Since opening in late 2023, MOLLIE Aspen has quickly become one of the most distinctive boutique hotels in town. Located just steps from Aspen Mountain and downtown Aspen, the 68-room property blends Japanese and Scandinavian-inspired design with a warm, understated approach to luxury.

Inspired by Aspen’s historic Mollie Gibson silver mine, the hotel connects thecity’s mining history with a distinctly contemporary aesthetic. Thoughtful interiors, modern amenities, exceptional hospitality and a rooftop terrace with mountain views make MOLLIE a standout.

For Fashion Week: MOLLIE makes an especially stylish home base. Its central location puts guests close to Aspen’s shops, restaurants, and Fashion Week events. At the same time, Petit Trois downstairs means you can go from getting ready to a French dinner without ever really leaving the property. For fashion lovers who appreciate good design as much as good food, MOLLIE feels right on theme.

Off the Aspen Fashion Week Runway

Fashion Week may put the spotlight on the runway, but Aspen’s real appeal is everything happening around it.

The right hotel can become a home base for getting ready, meeting friends, and slipping into après mode. The right restaurant can become the night’s main event. And the best Aspen experiences tend to happen somewhere in between—over a long lunch, on a rooftop, at the bar, or walking through downtown in an outfit that feels just a little more fabulous than usual.

From mountain retreats and iconic Aspen properties to neighborhood favorites and destination-worthy restaurants, these are a few of the places shaping Aspen right now—and the ones we’ll still be talking about long after Fashion Week is over.
