Las Vegas continues to cement its reputation as one of the world’s premier destinations for music festivals. From Electric Daisy Carnival (EDC) to the iHeartRadio Music Festival, the city already hosts some of the entertainment industry’s biggest events. Beginning next year, EDC will grow even larger with two sold-out festival weekends.
The city has also become a hub for electronic dance music, with superstar DJs including Calvin Harris, deadmau5, and Marshmello drawing massive crowds through their Las Vegas residencies.
Now, another iconic EDM brand may be headed to the Entertainment Capital of the World.
According to DJ Mag, Tomorrowland has hinted that Las Vegas could become one of its newest global festival destinations in 2027.
The teaser appeared on a promotional banner displayed near the entrance of the Dreamville camping area during Tomorrowland Belgium, which opened on Friday, July 17, in Boom.
Featuring the slogan, “Tomorrowland Uniting the World in 2027,” the banner lists the festival’s global destinations in what appears to be chronological order. Las Vegas is positioned between Tomorrowland Winter in France and Tomorrowland Brasil, suggesting the event could take place during the spring of 2027.
While organizers have not officially confirmed dates, tickets, or additional details, the teaser has sparked excitement among EDM fans worldwide.
This wouldn’t be Tomorrowland’s first venture into the United States. Its former sister festival, TomorrowWorld, was held in Chattahoochee Hills, Georgia, from 2013 through 2015 before the event went on hiatus.
If the Las Vegas festival becomes official, it would add yet another marquee event to the city’s already packed entertainment calendar, further strengthening its status as one of the world’s leading destinations for live music and electronic dance music.
