rolo gallery Presents Grand Opening Exhibition This Weekend

Rolo Gallery Denver

rolo gallery will be celebrating its grand opening with Points of View (POV): Ideas in Conversation, a vibrant inaugural group exhibition featuring a diverse range of contemporary artists and perspectives. The exhibition opens May 14 and runs through June 14, with a public opening reception on Friday, May 15, from 5–9 PM.

Points of View (POV): Ideas in Conversation, is an inaugural group exhibition bringing together artists whose practices reflect distinct ways of seeing and making. Marking the gallery’s launch, the exhibition resists a singular curatorial framework, instead allowing each work to operate independently while contributing to a broader visual dialogue. Differences in material, process, and sensibility create moments of resonance and contrast, establishing a foundation for the gallery’s program moving forward, featuring work by Linda Armacost, Kelly Austin Rolo, Rita Bhasin, Judith Berquist, Rick Dallago, Anne Emmons, Melody Epperson, Mark Friday, Vonder Gray, Gigia Koluch, Nicole Korbe, Leslie Lefferdink, Michele Messenger, and Gabrielle Shannon.

Rolo Gallery is a contemporary art space in Denver founded by artist and curator Kelly Austin Rolo. Grounded in a sensitivity to material, process, and visual language, the gallery is dedicated to presenting artists whose work reflects distinct and compelling ways of seeing. Informed by Rolo’s practice as a working artist, the program includes both solo invitational exhibitions and thoughtfully composed group shows. The curatorial approach is at once considered and intuitive—supporting focused presentations of individual artists while also creating opportunities for broader visual and conceptual dialogue. Located in Denver’s Santa Fe Arts District, Rolo Gallery opened with its inaugural exhibition, Points of View (POV): Ideas in Conversation, establishing a foundation for a program that values nuance, range, and sustained engagement with contemporary practice.
