The family and friends behind Après Cookies set out to not just bake and deliver cookies,
but to create an online-based brand that immerses customers in the Rocky Mountain culture.
With Aspen as its anchor, the brand exudes all things Colorado. Cookie flavors are named with
ski-lingo in mind, such as “First-Chair” (chocolate chip) and “Yard-Sale” (rainbow sprinkle
sugar), and cookie box options are named “Peak Pack” and “Alpine Pack”. Their mascot,
Cowboy Chip, is a cartoon cookie who wears skis and a cowboy hat. As you enter the brand’s
carefully crafted digital world, you are tastefully flooded with imagery and videography that
highlights a refined mountain lifestyle.
While ski season may be over, Après Cookies is just getting started. This spring, they
announced that they will be offering nationwide shipping, in addition to their local Aspen
delivery option. Customers can choose between a one-time order and a subscription to
