Announcing Participating Restaurants For Denver Fashion Week Sustainable Show

Denver Fashion Week is back for another full week of fashion, events, and of course, food. We’re announcing the complimentary food that will be available for the VIP first and second row ticket holders in the VIP room at the Sustainable show on Saturday, November 8th.
Each DFW runway show will offer a unique culinary experience from some of the top restaurants in town.

La Casa Del Rey

The Lowdown:

Nestled in Commerce City, Colorado, La Casa Del Rey has been serving scratch-made Mexican and New Mexican food since 1986 – and it’s still thriving. With its bold green chile, generous portions, and deep family roots, it’s become a local favorite for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Serving: Mini steak fajitas (marinated carne asada, with seasoned grilled bell peppers and onion)

Nude Food Markets

The Lowdown:

It is a zero-waste grocery store chain in Colorado, with locations in Boulder and Denver, that operates on a reusable container system. Customers shop for a wide variety of local and organic products, including produce, pantry staples, and prepared meals, which are all pre-filled in reusable glass jars.

Serving:

Local Rebel Bread crostinis with house-made vegan pesto using local basil from Altius Farms, topped with a goat chevre from Colorado-based regenerative Yoder Family Farms, and microgreens from local Simply Fresh Microgreens, and finished with a drizzle of organic olive oil. 

Liz Chezth Creperie

The Lowdown:

Nestled in the heart of Littleton, Chez Lizeth has quickly risen to prominence as the city’s go-to destination for authentic, mouthwatering crepes. With its charming, intimate atmosphere and a menu brimming with both classic and inventive crepe offerings, this creperie captures the essence of French-inspired cuisine with a distinctly local flair.
