This Week In Concerts — The Offspring, Brandi Carlile, Xzibit, Rainbow Kitten Surprise and More

Rainbow Kitten Surprise

We’re looking at another amazing week here in the Denver Metro, and the concert lineup is STACKED. Hopefully you got to take Monday off to prepare — here are some of the show highlights:

Premier songstress Brandi Carlile is hosting a massive and very special three-night run at Red Rocks this weekend, as she takes on three the final three shows she’ll be playing in the US this year on 9/5, 9/6 and 9/7. Each night will see the stage shared with both Lucius and Allison Ponthier, so make sure you set a night aside to see these magnificent performances.

Stoner rock legends Fu Manchu are getting their month-long tour of the States started in our very own city this weekend as they come to tear the roof off the Bluebird Theater on 9/6. Kicking off the evening for them will be Year Of The Cobra, so you know this show is gonna be an absolute ripper!

The Offspring are bringing one hell of a Sunday show to Denver this weekend, as they’re concluding the US leg of their massive Supercharged World Tour at the Ball Arena on 9/7. This tour has spanned continents over the past year already, and they’re coming in strong with Jimmy Eat World and Simple Plan on the bill to make sure this Ball Arena gig is one for the ages. Don’t miss it!
