Today, September 15, 2025, The Michelin Guide announced its 2025 awardees for Colorado. The new selections include three new One-Star restaurants, the state’s first Two-Star restaurant, one new Bib Gourmand, and two special award recipients recognized for their exceptional service and culinary talent.

The Wolf’s Tailor (Denver)
