MJ Lenderman & The Wind

When: Sept. 3, 8 p.m. Where: The Mission Ballroom, 4242 Wynkoop St., Denver, CO Cost: $43+ The Lowdown: 

MJ Lenderman began his solo career in 2019 with his self-titled album. Since, he has released Ghost of Your Guitar Solo (2021), Boat Songs (2022) and most recently, Manning Fireworks (2024). The indie rock multi-instrumentalist and singer-songwriter will perform at the Mission Ballroom with support from Nap Eyes.

Jon Batiste

When: Sept. 4, 8 p.m. Where: Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 18300 W. Alameda Pkwy., Morrison, CO Cost: $75+ The Lowdown: 

Jon Batiste is a musician and composer who has worked with an extensive list of top artists like Alicia Keys, Prince, Ed Sheeran and so on. He is at Red Rocks this Thursday for The Big Money Tour – Jon Batiste Plays America with special guests Andra Day and Diana Silvers.

Sierra Hull

When: Sept. 5, 8 p.m. Where: Bluebird Theater, 3317 E. Colfax Ave., Denver, CO Cost: $49.44 The Lowdown: 

The talented bluegrass singer-songwriter, mandolinist and guitarist, Sierra Hull is performing at the Bluebird Theater this Friday, following the release of 2025 album A Tip Toe High Wire. Stephanie Lambring will open.

Brandi Carlile (Night 2)

When: Sept. 6, 7:30 p.m. Where: Red Rocks Amphitheatre, 18300 W. Alameda Pkwy., Morrison, CO Cost: $109+ The Lowdown: 

Throughout Brandi Carlile’s career, she has dipped her toes into various genres with great success, including eleven Grammy Awards. In April of this year, Carlile collaborated with Elton John to release the alternative/indie album Who Believes in Angels? The show will feature special guests Lucius and Allison Ponthier.

The Offspring

When: Sept. 7, 7 p.m. Where: Ball Arena, 1000 Chopper Cir., Denver, CO Cost: $40 The Lowdown: 

Rock band The Offspring has made eleven studio albums since 1989. Their career spans decades, beginning as early as 1983. The Offspring is considered one of the best-selling punk rock bands — their album Smash being the best-selling independent album of all time.

Denver Food + Wine Festival

The Denver Food + Wine Festival is a multi-day event filled with food, wine and spirits, presented by the Colorado Restaurant Foundation and Southern Glazer’s Wine & Spirits. Simms Steakhouse – Harvest and Vine Dinner

Cake Pops Pop Up

Highland Square Farmers Market

When: Sept. 7, 9 a.m. – 1 p.m., recurring weekly on Sunday Where:  Highlands Square, 32nd Ave. and Lowell Blvd., Denver, CO Cost: Free The Lowdown: 

The Highlands Square Farmers Market will continue running every Sunday through Oct. 12. There are an astonishing amount of vendors offering a wide array of items. At the Sept. 7 market, Jesse Seegull will be performing live music.

My Favorite Murder Live

Club Print: Drop In Screen Printing

Rooster Art Fest 2025

The Rooster Art Fest returns for a second year with over 50 top-tier local and national artists, live murals, art battles, immersive installations, live music, food trucks and an art market.
