It’s another fabulous week here in the Denver metro, and we’ve got some amazing shows lined up this week. Check out some of the proper bangers we’ve got on hand:
The legendary Bear Grillz is bringing a celebration of The End of the Beginning to Denver for a wild and rowdy three-night run from 8/14 through 8/16. Thursday sees Mr. Grillz joined by Saumii, Nuera B2B Plague Flora and Thresh at the Larimer Lounge. Friday will see the man/bear hybrid rip up the Bluebird with Stryer, Kotrax and All Nighter, and the grand finale takes place Saturday at the Ogden as Bear Grillz brings Joust B2B Mongrel and Tha4saken to absolutely burn the house down. These will be some very special shows so pick a night and get your party on!
My Morning Jacket will be gracing Red Rocks with a two-night stand this weekend on 8/15 and 8/16, as they too are here to celebrate something big! Their seminal fourth record Z is turning a full 20 years old this year and they’re going big on tour to mark the occasion. Not only with they be taking the stage for two full shows but they’ll have the absolutely phenomenal Melt opening up both nights. Make sure you get there this weekend and get there plenty early for Melt!
A band that needs no introduction and no salesman pitch, Nine Inch Nails are bringing their Peel It Back tour through Denver as they hit the Ball Arena with Boys Noize on 8/15. One of the biggest and most influential acts on tour today, this is a once-in-a-lifetime show for SURE.
