It’s a real hot one outside this week, and all the shows we’ve got goin’ on are just as hot—here are some of the choice cuts:
One of Denver’s brightest stars in the jam scene is celebrating a full-on decade of musicmaking this weekend. None other than Cycles are bringing ten whole years of tunes to Cervantes’ Other Side on 7/12, featuring all of their current and past members getting together on stage to get their party on. Photon will be heating up the Other Side to start the night off right, so this promises to be a proper celebration for sure!
Alternative rockers Incubus have come to the Red Rocks Amphitheater to grace Denver’s ears with a full-album playthrough of their seminal fourth record Morning View on 7/10 Celebrating twenty years of Morning View‘s excellence isn’t all though, as Manchester Orchestra and paris jackson are along for the ride on Thursday to ensure that this show rips from the first note to the final moment before the sound curfew. Don’t miss this legendary show!
Owie has launched into orbit yet again, as he brings his latest iteration of his curated Space Jam events to Vinyl on 7/11. He’s got Brunello on that headline slot while he and Maro will be spinning the good stuff early to get the dance floor movin’ right away. These shows just keep getting bigger, so make sure to get in while the gettin’ is good.
