Punch Bowl Social has teamed up with iconic Italian aperitif brand Aperol to launch its vibrant Summer Spritz Pop-Up, turning the popular Broadway hangout into the city’s ultimate warm-weather destination: Spritz HQ. Alongside the festive setup, guests can expect spritz-themed swag giveaways and a rotating calendar of Punch Bowl’s signature programming, including silent discos, Mixtape Saturdays and late-night karaoke.
At the heart of Spritz HQ is a seasonal spritz menu that offers a fizzy trio of cocktails that reimagine the beloved Italian staple. There’s the ever-classic Aperol Spritz, of course—equal parts bitter and bright—but also two bold newcomers. The Coconut Spritz, a refreshing blend of Espolòn tequila and lime that channels beachside bliss and the Kiwi Strawberry Spritz, a fruit-forward option that hits just the right balance of sweet and tangy.
