Denver Fashion Week Spring 2025 officially takes over the Mile High City tomorrow, May 10. While looks will be serving on the runway, the DFW food partners will be serving up exciting bites behind the scenes. Steps away in the VIP section are the talented, creative and beloved local food partners of Denver Fashion Week, ready to fuel your fabulous night ahead. Grab a scoop of ice cream or indulge in authentic Indian cuisine or snack on a crepe as you watch new designs make their Spring ’25 debut. Whatever you choose, we know it will be the right one. Pasta Press
When: May 10, Sustainable
The Lowdown: Nothing is more sustainable than making something yourself, and that’s exactly the foundation at Pasta Press from husband and wife duo, Stefano & Rachel Demartin. Located in Boulder, Pasta Press sets out to serve fresh pasta made with quality ingredients and a homemade feel. The concept was inspired by the Demartins’ journeys to Italy, where their food adventures would take them to shops with lines out the door serving up fresh pasta, fast. Now, just off of Pearl Street, it follows that same concept, making fresh, authentic Italian pasta daily. See what hand-crafted goodness its serving up on Day One of Fashion Week.
Farm & Market
When: May 10, Sustainable; May 17, Bridal
The Lowdown: Dedicated to small impact and big flavor, Farm & Market boasts the spirit of DFW Day One. As seen through its in-house hydroponic urban farm, its mission is to create healthy food so good, it’ll have you coming back for thirds. With a menu filled with soup, salad, wrap and pizza galore, it sets the perfect backdrop for kicking off the week.
Nana’s Dim Sum & Dumplings
When: May 10, Sustainable
The Lowdown: Nana’s Dim Dum & Dumplings first opened in Denver in March 2023 and since then it has become a hit with plans to open three new locations in Parker, Golden Triangle and Colorado Springs. Founded in using traditional recipes, Nana’s lives up to its name with soft, warm soup dumplings that mae you feel right at home. Along with its dumplings, it also serves up traditional dim sum dishes, shared plates like cucumber salad and salt pepper shrimp, as well as noodles and main entree dishes. Don’t miss its Denver Fashion Week debut this Saturday at Sustainable.

The Lowdown: Winner of the New York Fancy Food Show, Minnie Beasley’s Cookies bakes up some seriously good sweets. Known for its award-winning Almond Lace Cookies, Minnie’s got its start from an iconic family recipe and moved its way to Denver in 2003, by Harmon and Leslie Canon. With the passing of Harmon in December 2024, his son, Jackson, now runs the business, serving cookies to local retailers and nationwide. Made with premium almonds and rich butter, these cookies are truly a labor of love and don’t miss them (almost) all week long at Denver Fashion Week.
Mile High Tikka Express
When: May 11, Swim & Resort Wear
The Lowdown: Home of the ‘Na-cos’ (Naan taco), and the best Indian fusion street food in Denver, Mile High Tikka Express is your way to go for all things delicious food with a twist. Chef Charles Mani, also the owner and chef at Urban Village Grill, serves up perfectly spiced and hot, fresh food every time – the perfect items to grab as the runway heats up for Swim & Resort Wear. From spicy curries to tikka platters, Chef Charles knows how to deliver on flavor and quality. Stop by the food truck on Day Two of Denver Fashion Week to see what’s in store.
Wake & Take Cafe
When: May 12, Adaptive, May 18, Youth + Mommy & Me
The Lowdown: Celebrate the beauty of our differences on Day Three of DFW and grab yourself a pick-me-up from Wake & Take Coffee. Awarded Top 10 Best Coffeehouse Restaurant in Aurora by Restaurant Guru, Wake & Take offers a cozy atmosphere for people to connect over good coffee and unique treats from European pastries to all-day breakfast. Although we have yet to learn exactly what’s on the menu for DFW, you won’t be disappointed if you buy a ticket.
Pizza Pasta Villa
When: May 13, Streetwear & Sneakers
The Lowdown: Family-owned and serving up authentic Italian dishes, Pizza Pasta Villa is one of Denver’s hidden gems. It utilizes recipes passed down from generation to generation, creating a sense of home away from home at the restaurant located on South Wadsworth Boulevard. From lasagna to Pasta al Forno and Bolognese, you can be sure it will be serving up something fresh on Day Four of Denver Fashion Week.
Southern Bell Catering Group
When: May 13, Streetwear & Sneakers
The Lowdown: Southern Bell Catering Group offers the highest quality food, service and unforgettable experience to meet your dining needs. From private chefs to bartenders to a made-to-order bakery, Southern Bell has everything to make your night feel luxurious and elevated. Join DFW Day Four for a taste of its elegance and prepare for a night of grails and fly kicks at Streetwear and Sneakers.
Colfax & Cream

The Lowdown: A true embodiment of inclusivity and community describes the culture at Colfax and Cream, where it serves up personalized energy drinks (Colfax refreshers), Ethiopian burritos, and, of course, ice cream. It recently opened its newest location in West Wash Park and in the spirit of Streetwear and Sneakers, you don’t want to miss its fresh bites on Day Four at DFW.
Urban Farmer
When: May 14, Maximalism
The Lowdown: Get ready for a night full of pleasant surprises at Maximalism and with bites from Urban Farmer, a modern farm-to-table steakhouse in the heart of Denver. With locally-sourced ingredients and an emphasis on heritage-bred beef, it’s no wonder Urban Farmer was voted OpenTable’s Diners’ Choice in 2024. Last year, it served up wild mushroom rubbed, tenderloin medallions with whipped potato espuma, pickled kumquat, preserved lemon chimichurri and crispy garlic from Executive Chef Ryan Rau, so we know something special is in store for this season. Its authentic and straightforward cooking approach can be seen in the bites alongside the runway at Maximalism on Day Five of Denver Fashion Week.
Snarf’s Sandwiches
When: May 14, Maximalism
The Lowdown: One of Denver’s iconic sandwich shops, Snarf’s Sandwiches, will make its Denver Fashion Week debut at Maximalism. Its toasted subs, salads and soups make it the perfect stop for lunch, whether you’re feeding yourself or 10 others. Stop by on May 14 to see what’s has in store and fuel up for a full night of fashion.
My Neighbor Felix
When: May 15, Society
The Lowdown: Look no further than My Neighbor Felix to keep you fueled for Thursday, May 15. Through ethically sourced ingredients, authentic recipes and a community-based approach Felix serves up pan-Mexican cuisine inspired by all seven regions of Mexico. With tacos and craft margaritas galore and more, it’s no wonder it’s such a Denver favorite.
Wonderyard Garden + Table
When: May 15, Society
The Lowdown: A longtime partner of Denver Fashion Week, Wonderyard Garden + Table, creates magical bites to match the looks on the runway just as it does at its bar-forward restaurant. Last year its team created a herb-grilled Flat Iron Angus Steak with Italian herb demi sauce served with parmesan potatoes, Pinot Noir gorgonzola onion and roasted tomatoes so we can only wait to see what it has in store this season. Join Wonderyard and Society on May 15 for a night of elevated fashion and eats.
BEZEL

The Lowdown: In the heart of Denver lies Bezel, a chic cocktail lounge with innovative drinks and small plates. It recently launched its spring menu in fashionable timing, with drinks like the Sage Reviver and Curry Leaf Sazerac inspired by Colorado’s local produce. Last season, as a first-year partner, it served up two tostadas: smoked trout and smoked butternut squash with blue corn tortilla, pepian salsa, red radish, fresno chile jalapeno slaw. See what its team will showcase this season at Day Six of Denver Fashion Week.
Chez Lizeth Creperie

The Lowdown: It’s Chez Lizeth Creperie‘s second year at Denver Fashion Week, and its beloved crepe creations will keep you fueled all night long with an easy “I do” at Day Seven of DFW: Bridal. As a women-owned business, Chez Lizeth stands out as a community favorite among sweet and salty tooth alike. Inspired by French culture and Parisian streets, Chez Lizeth combines class and flavor for an indulgent bite every time.
Divinity Sweet Shop

The Lowdown: From Southern Bell Catering Group comes its online, made-to-order bakeshop, where “every occasion is one worth celebrating.” Divnity Sweet Shop is Denver’s leading catering bakery. with made-to-order cakes, cupcakes, dessert bars and more. It’s your one-stop shop for desserts made with love and care. Join DFW Next Saturday for sweet treats and romance in the air.
Wheels on Fire Pizza Truck

The Lowdown: From Neapolitan style and beyond, Wheels on Fire lives up to its name by serving up delicious bites in its 3,000-pound Italian brick wood-fired pizza. Its pies come packed with fresh flavors you can guarantee from using local, organic non-GMO ingredients. Keep the party going all night long with a slice (or two) from Wheels on Fire at Denver Fashion Week Day Seven.
The Melting Pot
When: May 18, Youth + Mommy & Me
The Lowdown: The Melting Pot offers a truly unique dining experience through the art of fondue. It first opened its doors in Littleton’s first historic public library in the late 90s and has been a staple ever since, even some claiming spiritual encounters. The four-course dining experience leads you through seafood, steak, poultry, pasta and fresh vegetables for a night of fun. See what it has in store on the last day of Fashion Week at Youth + Mommy & Me.
