The restaurant’s Western theme is deeply rooted in both design and spirit. While the bones and layout of the original Sports Column remain intact—offering a sense of continuity for longtime patrons—the interior has been reimagined into a vibrant Western escape.
“We preserved the original layout and character of the building to honor its legacy,” Chapman said. “We hope that longtime guests will find nostalgia in the space, while also discovering a new experience with this concept,” she continues.
When guests step inside, they’re transported into what Chapman describes as a “carefree, country paradise,” where classic cowboy culture meets modern-day glam.
Beyond the immersive décor and buzzing nightlife, Belles & Boots delivers unforgettable food and drinks that truly steal the show. Honoring authentic barbecue traditions, the kitchen smokes its meats in-house daily, using locally sourced, premium cuts hand-selected from trusted distributor Meats by Linz—ensuring top-tier quality and flavor in every bite.
