The Beat Goes On – Ambler Launches New Dinner Menu

In 2025, the top restaurant dining room design trends involve capturing customers’ attention and providing them with a memorable dining experience. Not only are restauranteurs hiring the best culinary teams to ensure that patrons enjoy meals that will make them repeat customers and tell their family and friends about it, but they are also employing design teams who are coming up with innovative decor ideas that help them stand out and add to the experience.

Ambler Denver is one local restaurant that is bringing trendy vibes by channeling its inner Jack Keraouc, the restaurant is aesthetically pleasing and easily accessible to those staying at Hotel Indigo as well as those looking for a casual, yet chic environment to grab a drink and a bite to eat during a night out with friends.

We had the pleasure of celebrating Jack Keraouc’s birthday in March with the Ambler team in addition to tasting its new thoughtfully curated dinner menu. What we appreciated about Ambler’s appetizer menu is its versatility. If you are coming in from out of town and staying at the Indigo Hotel and not feeling like venturing out or heading to a game you’ll find something to fit your mood. We enjoyed the Philly Cheesesteak Egg Rolls while waiting for our entrees. To accompany our appetizer, we opted for the Sherry Cobbler and the Ambler Brambler, one of its vibrant mocktails made with lemongrass cashew orgeat, lemon, raspberry, blackberry and soda.

The diverse choice of entrees continued with the dinner menu – casual and fine dining. If you are the one person in your group of friends who chooses a burger and fries no matter where you go, the Ambler has you covered. Its smash burger ($21) comes with two smashed patties, cheddar, bacon jam and crispy onion on a potato bun. It is served with fries. You can add truffle cheese to the fries if you want a little extra added flavor. If you are more inclined to try new things, check out the ember roasted salmon ($28) and if you have a plant-based lifestyle, they have a rotisserie roasted cauliflower ($21) and roasted sweet potato ($23).

To end the night, we had the chocolate mousse and lemon pound cake. Both were satisfying and would be great choices if you are one who always has dessert. We want to thank the Ambler for inviting us to join them in celebrating the inspirational namesake.
