It’s a simply GORGEOUS week here in the Denver Metro, and there are gonna be some beautiful shows to catch too. Check out some highlights:
Indie-pop project Rubblebucket is bringing their party to the Ogden Theater on 3/28 in celebration and support of their latest album Year Of The Banana. A powerful force in the indie scene since their inception on the East Coast in 2008, this wild band puts on a show that’s unlike any other. As if that wasn’t going to be fun enough, the flesh-and-funk-powered party machine that’s known as CAPYAC will be taking the stage to get things going properly from the get-go!
Big-beat pioneer The Crystal Method is bringing his electrifying live show back to the Ogden Theater on 3/29 with the equally excellent Rabbit In The Moon in for the evening as well. Known for his work as one of the biggest EDM acts of the 90s and 2000s and his relentless touring schedule from the release of the debut album Vegas, a Crystal Method show ain’t one to miss! Local legend Mikey Thunder will be first up on the decks for the evening, so get there early and be prepared to party all night.
Boogie T is coming to town this weekend and he’s doing everything he can to keep the music going the whole time he’s here! Starting off on 3/27, he’s hosting the Boogie T.rio Blocka Party at Globe Hall as the weekend warm-up. He then returns to Red Rocks for his fourth-annual Boogie T On The Rocks featuring the likes of Dr. Fresch, Boogie T.rio, Tripp St., 5am Trio and Zoska. But of course, that’s not enough Boogie T for Denver! He’ll be showing up late-night for an official afterparty at Temple that very same evening.
