Chef Troy Guard Partners With Celebrity Chef Robert Irvine at Guard and Grace To Support Veterans, Service Members and First Responders
When: April 3, 5:30 p.m. – 8:30 p.m.
Where: Guard and Grace, 1801 California St., Denver
The Lowdown: Guard and Grace opened in Denver in 2014 and has been a beloved place to eat over the years as it serves up quality food and has earned a spot as a recommended restaurant on the Michelin Guide. This April, however, Chef Troy is partnering with his long-time friend and colleague Chef Robert Irvine, beloved Food Network personality, to host a one-night dinner in support of the Robert Irvine Foundation. A former British Royal Navy chef, Irvine’s foundation supports veterans, service members and first responders through food, wellness, community and financial support to provide these heroes with life-changing opportunities that unlock their potential in their personal and professional lives.
The dinner invites guests to enjoy a five-course dinner with alternating dishes from both chefs, along with accompanying wines and a collaborative dessert. While enjoying the meal, guests gain exclusive insights into the chefs’ inspirations and techniques.
Tickets for the five-course dinner with Chefs Troy Guard and Robert Irvine are $100 per person and $1000 per person for the chef’s counter, which includes personalized service directly from both chefs, a curated gift bag, a signed Robert Irvine cookbook, and a private meet-and-greet with the chefs.
