Denver Fashion Week Emerging Designer Challenge Fashion Show

When: March 22, 8:30 p.m. Where: The Jacquard, Autograph Collection in Cherry Creek, 222 Milwaukee St., Denver, CO Cost: $22.60 – $45+ The Lowdown: 

This event is an opportunity for aspiring designers to showcase their talent in an elegant and sophisticated environment. Two designers will be selected to present their collections in the upcoming Denver Fashion Week Spring 2025 season (May 10-18). These designers will be chosen by a panel of judges including two Denver Fashion Week lead producers and local designers, as well as those in attendance who can also vote.

Baynk

Musical artist Baynk will take the stage at The Ogden Theatre this evening. Baynk comes from New Zealand and is an electronic/dance music producer. Bad Tuner will open.

San Holo

San Holo is a Dutch DJ and musician embarking on his 10 Year Anniversary Tour. He co-founded creative label bitbird. His latest album release is 2023’s EXISTENTIAL DANCE MUSIC.

Off The Record

Every Friday at a new location somewhere at Dairy Block, local artists will be performing from 6 – 8 p.m. for Off The Record. Dairy Block announces on Instagram the location and artist for each week’s performance on Thursday.

Ravenscoon

Paul Conversano, better known by his stage name Ravenscoon, is an electronic music producer and DJ from San Francisco. He will be joined by openers Manic Focus, Youngsta b2b Criso, Crizzly and Fryar for a jam packed evening of music.

070 Shake

070 Shake is an American rapper and singer. She has released three albums, Modus Vivendi, You Can’t Kill Me, and 2024’s Petrichor. Bryant Barnes and Johan Lenox will open for the Petrichor Tour.

Cheese 101

When: Feb. 19, 5 – 6 p.m. Where: Denver Botanic Gardens, 1007 York St., Denver, CO Cost: $32 – $38 The Lowdown: 

Mike Keuler from So Damn Gouda will be the instructor at this event, discussing with guests how cheese is made, as well as the different categories and types of cheeses available around the world and how they have evolved through time. There will be five assorted cheese pairings during the class and a discussion on how to make a cheese tray at home, along with what drinks and accoutrement pair best with the cheeses.

Beer Pairing Dinner

Chef Jared will be taking dinner guests through the history and cultural influences of Colorado’s cuisine through the tasting menu he has curated, paired with brews from River North Brewery. 2026 U.S. Olympic Team Trials – Mixed Doubles Curling

When: Feb. 17 – 23 Where: Rock Creek Curling, 1405 Overlook Dr., Lafayette, CO Cost: $22.19 – $537.21 The Lowdown: 

Watch as ten teams compete to represent Team USA at the 2026 Milano-Cortina Winter Olympic Games. The winning team at the Trials will also represent Team USA at the 2025 Mixed Doubles World Championship. This is a great opportunity to see some of the top competitors in their sport.

Denver Short Film Festival

Every other year, the Denver Short Film Festival selects 15 – 25 short films to be shown during a live screening. This event helps support the careers of filmmakers, while also discovering new local and international talent. The Best Film winner will receive the Whispering Bear Award and a 12-month InkTip Pro Membership prize package.

delecTABLE & Food-tography Opening Reception

On this date, the Art Students League of Denver is hosting the 7th iteration of delecTABLE: The Fine Art of Dining. The event is an exhibit of functional tabletop ceramics and its complimentary exhibit Food-tography. This is the Opening Reception. On March 7, there will be an Artists’ Reception and the announcement of 2025 delecTABLE award winners with juror Justin Paik Reese.

Aziz Ansari: Hypothetical Tour

Aziz Ansari is an award winning comedian, actor, director and writer. He has won two Emmy’s for Oustanding Comedy Writing. In October 2025, Ansari will be releasing Good Fortune, which he wrote, directed and costars with Keanu Reeves and Seth Rogen. Come get some laughs in with Ansari this weekend.

Ben Schwartz & Friends

Ben Schwartz is an American actor and comedian. He is bringing some of his friends on stage to perform a completely improvised show. Every single thing you watch and see will be created on the spot, similar to what you may have seen on his Netflix special Middleditch & Schwartz in 2020.
