Recommended: Bring Me The Horizon w/ THRICE, Fever 333 @ The Fillmore
To kick this week in concerts off, Bring Me The Horizon is headed into the Mile High City to take over The Fillmore. Bring Me The Horizon was originally known as a hardcore metal band however in recent times, they’ve gone through some changes. Back in 2006, Bring Me The Horizon released their debut album Count Your Blessings, exemplifying their hardcore sound. Earlier this year, the band released their most recent project amo, which takes on more of an electronic rock sound. Fellow artists THRICE and Fever 333 are joining Bring Me The Horizon at The Fillmore this Monday.

On Tuesday night, rapper Shwayze is headed to Denver as he gears up to take over Cervantes’ Other Side. Shwayze is most known for his 2008 hits “Buzzin'” and “Corona And Lime” which turned ten years old last year. Although we have yet to see another album from Shwayze, as his last was in 2015, the rapper released four singles last year. If you’re looking for a unique way to spend Valentine’s Day, we’ve got something for you to check out. On Thursday, 2Cellos is taking over The Pepsi Center. 2Cellos are exactly what they sound like. Cellists Luka Sulic and Stjepan Hauser first hit the scene back in 2011 and have been captivating audiences ever since. 2Cellos are known for their orchestral covers of classic rock tunes and modern pop hits. Fellow artist Jon McLaughlin is opening up for 2Cellos as they make their way to Denver this Thursday.

On Saturday night, Turkuaz is bringing some electro-funk to The Ogden. Hailing from Brooklyn, Turkuaz’s sound combines elements of tight funk, rock, blues and electronic synthesizers that all come together to make you feel the groove. Late last year, Turkuaz released their most recent album Life In The City which will act as some great recommended listening if you’re unfamiliar with this band. Boulder’s Eminence Ensemble is on the bill for the evening as well making this show a great blend of local and national talent.

Seger’s catalog contains hits such as “Old Time Rock & Roll” and “Night Moves” that will be remembered forever. After 50 years, Seger is still going strong to this day as the musician hits the road.
