So All May Eat (SAME) Café will launch a food truck at its second annual So All May Eat Gala.

SAME Café, founded in 2006 is a vegan/vegetarian restaurant that runs its business on donations and fair-exchange. The cafe produces healthy locally sourced ingredients and food. People can donate their time, produce or money in exchange for a meal, as the dishes do not have a set price allowing everyone that walks in the doors to eat.

After 12 years of service to the Denver community, SAME Café food truck will double as a mobile food market. The reveal at the gala will happen on March 7. The gala raises funds for SAME Café’s mission of giving the local community access to fresh and healthy food.
