The Lowdown: Modern Nomad hosts Live Naked. The event features a night with Naked Grouse Whisky. You can play games, sip on whiskey cocktails and more. You can also learn more about the brand and have a chance to win prizes.

The Lowdown: Sports Column hosts the Jameson Game Day. The event features a celebration of game day at different bars. This Tuesday you can sample sips of Jameson Whiskey including Jameson Original and Jameson Cask whiskey.

Denver Grilled Cheese Fest

The Lowdown: Sample from the best grilled cheese sandwiches, sips and more at the Denver Grilled Cheese Fest. You can munch on unlimited grilled cheese samples, taste local brews and raise funds for Imagination Library of Denver all in one place. More than 15 chefs will compete for the tastiest grilled cheese in Denver and you can vote for your favorite cheesy competitor.

Truffle Week

The Lowdown: OAK at Fourteenth in Boulder hosts Truffle Week. The three-day event features a chance to taste some delightful truffles with an á la carte menu of truffle and mushroom inspired dishes. The dishes on the menu will be graced by Italian Alba white truffles, Italian winter black truffles, Maitake mushrooms and more.

The Lowdown: Copper Kettle Brewing Company presents a Snowed In Mocha Release. The release features a day to celebrate snow with a chance to snag some 19.3-ounce cans of the brew. The beer is a sweet imperial oatmeal stout-aged with coffee and chocolate in Breckenridge Bourbon barrels. You can taste the brew and if you are one of the first 100 people in and you can take part in a pairing with Glazed and Confused Doughnuts.
