See one of Tim Burton’s beloved films in a new way with this unique Halloween season event. For two nights only — October 24 and 25 — The Colorado Symphony will perform The Nightmare Before Christmas‘s hauntingly charming score.

The Nightmare Before Christmas classic score was written by Danny Elfman. Elfman is best known for his work on Good Will HuntingMen In Black, American Hustle and many other films. 

The Nightmare Before Christmas is the latest film to join a series the Colorado Symphony calls “Movie at the Symphony”. The Colorado Symphony has performed similar events with Star WarsHarry PotterIndiana Jones and many more.

Conducted by Christopher Dragon, the symphony will play the film’s score while the full-feature plays on the big screen with dialogue, singing and effects.

Join the Colorado Symphony at the Boettcher Concert Hall in the Denver Center for Performing Arts for this seasonal event. Patrons are encouraged to come in costume to help set the festivities.
