GRiZ likes to keep us on our toes. The beloved saxophone bearing Colorado musician is playing a DJ set tomorrow, March 24 at Cluster Studios. The artist recently changed his Facebook profile photo to an image of a blank piece of paper and hasn’t been engaged with his Facebook audience since a spoken word video released April 2. This isn’t, however, the first time GRiZ has thrown his fans for a loop.

Last year the musician released a beer with Great Divide, presented a pop-up shop in Detroit, performed several surprise shows at venues across Denver and deviated from his normal set with a live band at Red Rocks. His unpredictable nature has stolen hearts. GRiZ has gained fandom locally, nationally and internationally with performances across the globe, performing at major music events from TomorrowWorld, Lollapooza and Electric Forest, to name a few. His latest studio album, Good Will Prevail topped charts — showing his oldest fans that he hadn’t dwindled and proved to new fans that he was worth their attention.

And tomorrows events will be no different. The day begins at 11 a.m. with Gathering for the Greater Good which is sporting a lineup with tattooing and henna, live painting, haircuts, food and drink, music and raffles to connect the community. Though the main event is free, any merchandise or service proceeds will go to charity. Following, GRiZ will perform a DJ set at the after party from 8:30-10 p.m.

This Gathering for the Greater Good event is free but tickets for the after-party with GRiZ are $40 and available here.
